A weekly workshop designed to facilitate new drafts, the Generative Poetry Workshops offer prompts, readings, friendly discussion, and no critique.
The upcoming workshop has sections that meet both remotely and in-person:

Tuesdays May 20th-June 17th, 6-7:30pm PDT, online
Wednesday May 21st-June 18th, 4:30-6pm PDT, online
Thursdays May 22nd-June 19th, 6-7:30pm in a park in Berkeley

Youth Creative Writing
Sophia Dahlin has taught youth poetry and creative writing with Oakland Poets in the Schools, Poetry Inside Out, and Stanford Pre-Collegiate studies. She now teaches small groups of students for her company Young Writers’ Grove.
